I design services around the people who have to use them: journey maps, requirements, delivery. Twenty years of that work, across telecom, consulting and public healthcare. The AI systems here are built the same way, starting from where the work actually breaks down.
Eleven projects across résumé tailoring, FX signals, market alerting, curriculum tutoring and an autonomous trading desk. Each one designed, shipped and maintained solo.

The model is rarely the hard part. Knowing which step of a process is costing someone money — that is the job.
Service design and delivery work taught me where effort actually leaks: the handoff nobody owns, the call that goes to voicemail, the report rebuilt by hand every Monday.
I build for those gaps specifically, and I keep the scope small enough that one person can run it properly. The formal side matters too: AI ethics & governance through UNESCO, generative AI delivery through PMI, so the governance questions get answered as carefully as the technical ones.
